Refund & Return Policy — Body Therapy

At Body Therapy, we only offer returns or refunds if your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Eligibility: To qualify, you must report the issue within 30 days of delivery. Returns are strictly accepted for damaged products; change-of-mind returns, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Video Proof Required: Email us at digitaladswall@gmail.com with your order details and clear video evidence showing the damaged item and packaging.

  • Return Process: Once reviewed and approved, we will send you instructions and a return shipping label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the damaged item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
